All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Requirements, eligible games, and time limits are stated on each individual promotion page.
Withdrawal requests are processed to verified payment methods only. padu99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before releasing funds in excess of stated thresholds.
Collusion, arbitrage betting, use of automated software, exploitation of system errors, and any fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. padu99 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
padu99 reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including but not limited to verification of identity, residential address, and source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
Accounts found to be duplicates, or accounts registered with false information, will be closed and any balance may be forfeited.
padu99 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all of which are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM): FPX online banking, DuitNow QR transfer, Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank online banking. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time.
All funds deposited into a padu99 account must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the padu99 account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted. padu99 reserves the right to return deposits that cannot be matched to the account holder's verified identity and to request verification of the payment source.
padu99 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your bank or eWallet provider may impose its own transaction fees, for which padu99 bears no responsibility. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are credited in real time where the payment method supports instant clearing.
Withdrawal requests must be submitted to a payment account registered in the Member's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be processed. padu99 targets a processing time of under 15 minutes for standard withdrawal requests, subject to identity verification requirements and payment method availability.
padu99 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing in the following circumstances: (a) identity verification is outstanding; (b) the withdrawal amount triggers an enhanced due diligence threshold; (c) there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or terms violation; or (d) the withdrawal would result in a negative balance after accounting for active bonus obligations.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed within the Member's account dashboard and may be updated from time to time. Any applicable withdrawal fees will be disclosed prior to confirmation of the transaction.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, padu99 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any losses arising from system downtime, maintenance, or interruptions beyond padu99's reasonable control; or (c) any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
padu99 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times or free from errors. While padu99 makes reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability, scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
padu99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on padu99, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein. padu99 does not sell personal data to third parties and processes data only for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy.
